I wouldn't be surprised if Hinata's attack, "Juho Soshiken" was meant to literally RIP through its target utilizing the Jyuuken style. As you can tell in the next panel, she spins and seemingly attempts to execute the Jyuuken style with her fingertips. More than likely, it will never be used again and simply something Kishi wanted everyone to be all wooo! ahhh!
Stuff Shizune, Kakashi! <3 I always figured he wouldn't end up dying this soon. Like, this guy is uber epic win, yo! Shizune has nothing on that spiky silver-haired stud! Anyway, I find it odd that both Naruto and Kakashi lost their father and ended up communicating with them upon personal levels eventually.
Really though, I doubt anyone earnestly thought Konan played a significant role. She followed Nagato around. Like, she is made of paper. Paper cut technique? Bah. Also, Konan playing a role in rebuilding Konoha is a big no! The enemy suddenly helping you rebuild what she helped destroy? I have to side with her being killed by the remaining Akatsuki (or Madara).
Also, I stumbled across something interesting. Does anyone remember the scroll Jiriaya summoned before the battle with Pein? Something about how it kept Kyuubi sealed or something? I cannot remember that far, but does anyone have anything to say about it?
Anyway, when Team Hawk arrives at Konoha, I believe a complete shock is in order. Everything laid to waste, and they are oblivious to it. Hah.

I'm quite looking forward to Team Hawk's expressions when they see Konoha in the state it's in...though it would obviously be better if Konoha wasn't destroyed...
Still, hopefully Sasuke will still go and kill Danzo. Preferably before he tries to take over the village/kill Tsunade since she's still alive.
I can't remember the scroll, but it's possible it could come into play later on. Maybe a way to get rid of the Kyuubi yet let Naruto live?
It's good that Amegakure's now allied with Konoha, since the Leaf's gonna need all the help it can get, tbh - the countries not so fond of it will probably take the opportunity to attack when they find out how weak Konoha is. They'll need Suna and Ame to help them out...

ah but remember Raikage is sending a team out to Konoha aswell!! Though they don't like Sasuke how do they stand with Leaf???

do you remember Raikage's words? I can't remember them exactly, but they linked Sasuke with Konoha; so I don't think Raikage knows that Sasuke's a missing nin. Therefore, he's probably seeing this as an attack from Konoha, rather than Sasuke working on his own or as a missing nin. Just my theory based on a hazy memory there XD

RIght Raikage knows he left konoha and asks what he's doing with the akatsuki. He then asks why they haven't dealt with him as they dealt with the hyuuga quickly enough (neji's father dying instead of hinata's blah blah blah). He then get all pissed off and asks his little adviser lady to get a meeting of the 5 kages.
He sent a little team out to find Sasuke and Bee.

I know - I was laughing one minute cos Kakashi was about to become hokage, then cursing the next. Stupid Danzo. And idiotic, weak person that gave in to him! Was that the Fire Country daimyo or someone?

I'm pretty sure he was the Daimyo as they reffered to him as "My Lord".
I was like go shikamaru's dad and then i was like shut the f*#? up Danzou those guys were awesome and you are teh sucks!!!
Come on Tsunade you can pull through this!!! (although this would be a fitting way for her to die!)

Hopefully Tsunade comes round, and by the time she's ready to stand down or dies again, Danzou will be long dead. Though I doubt it...

I was hoping Pain would have kill him when he destroyed the village and now he's the 6th hokage let's hope he doesn't last long and Tsunade and beats the crap out of him or something. *is now all bummed out because danzo is the sixth*

Even if Tusunde recovers, a sucessor has allready been named so she wont become Hokage again.
I'm curiouse to see how Danzo will handel Naruto....It is clear from past chapters that Danzo sees Naruto as a danger to the village and would like nothing more than to get rid of him, but now Naruto is a hero to the entire village and this is a status witch Danzo wont be able to ignore. I think Danzo will send Naruto to retrive/kill sauske in the hopes that they will destroy each other.

I doubt naruto will try anything with danzo cos he's trying to bring peace. same reason he didn't attack nagato. butsasuke is already on his way there. I think Danzo will fuck things up with hidden cloud since they are already there and i think sasuke won't need to be sent after, he and naruto are gonna face off again anyway when he arrives and we'll finally have a team 7 reunion. With any luck danzo will be killed by Sai or in the fray and then the story will unwind and all will be well.

Maybe if we're lucky Sauske will kill Danzo because he's in charge and all part of destroying a village is taking out its leader. And maybe Tusunde will get her job back when she wakes up and is back to old self sort of speak. Then helps deal with team hawk.

God naruto is getting so good, I can't wait for team seven to re-unite. Also I'm loving the hidden kumo squad more and more with each chapter. I think Naruto will befriend them since he knows what it's like to lose a master and all will be well.
