Kain was not the Kage to travel with escorts, he had abhored the idea of traveling with several ANBU Ops members tailing him and his every move. It had been traveling in the hot arid desert by himself for days on end, but Kain knew in the end that this needed to be done for Takigakure and it's future glory. As much as Kain hated his tour of the Wind then the Fire country it needed to be done, for once this brute had to bite his tongue and accept whatever the Kazekage is going to tell him. It was an utter drag but this is the responsibility of being the first Takikage.
Kain's mind then wandered from the sandy desert that stretched ahead of him to the ceremony where he was accepted as the Takikage. Security measures had to be taken as his allies were invited to attend this prestigious ceremony. The streets of Takigakure had been cleaned. The homeless taken into shelters, decorations and coronations all over the streets. Takigakure had never looked so grand and beautiful for the past 100 years, and he would now as he was 115 now. It was then where it was his first time to see the 5th Hokage and the Kazekage. The Hokage was a blond woman with massive breasts and a beautiful figure, quick to anger and gluttonous when it came to Sake, as she got hammered for the occasion. The Kazekage on the other hand was a quiet, observant red head who only spoke when needed to. It was said that the redhead had a Jinchuuriki ofthe one tailed beast.
Upon reaching the gates two jounin jumped down from their posts and stood in front of Kain asking him what business he had with in Sunagakure and who he was. After telling them who he was with slight convincing they finally let him into the grand city, escorted by three ANBU to the Kazekage's office.

Tsunade was against having the ANBU ops tag along to the ceremony but Shizune disagreed and that started an argument one she lost in the end. So here she was with Ton-Ton in her arms and Shizune by her side and ANBU all around as they traveled to Sunagakure. Which was a long hot trip on the bright side they weren't attacked by the Akatsuki just some bandits that where taken care of swiftly other then that nothing happened until they got to the gates where they had been stopped by two jounin who questioned them before letting them inside.
Once inside Ton-Ton had jumped out of her arms to have a look around the place as they were escorted by ANBU to the Kazekage's office. Inside Tsunade looked around but didn't see the Kazekage but she did see Takigakure and he was huge from what she had heard he had stitches all over his body but she could only see a small part of it. The rumors where true he really did look like a rag doll from someone's nightmares.

Gaara Appeared in an eerie fashion sand falling off of him as he stood at his end of the table.
He looked to his right and then to his left, He knew tsunade she was one of the legendery sannin... the other he only knew was a kage becouse he would not have got this far if he wasn't.
"Greetings... Sit". He said this quitly but seriosly, his voice echoing around the room.
He knew they were here to disguse alliance's or treaties.
He sat at the head of the table and awaited there compliance.

Kain's head slowly turned as the Hokage walked in through the door to the office of the Kazekgake. She was escroted by some jounin, a pig and a few ANBU, Kain nodded to her and grunted then turned his head once more to face the window as he spoke to her. "The legendary Sannin eh? I can hardly believe that such a dame like you has so much power like they say you do, why you seem like a dainty little flower." Kain could not help himself when he had stated these comments, he was itching to get on her nerves to full test her abilities, to see whether the leader of Konoha was as powerful as the rumors stated. He did not recall seeing her do anything special during his ceremony except finish all of Takigakure's stash of sake, to his utter disappointment as he like her adores sake. Kain's head slowly turned once more as sand entered through the window and there stood the red head Jinchuuriki donned in his usual crimson robes. Kain nodded when he greeted them and followed his suit and sat across the table from the Kazekage, his massive sinewy legs stretched out as he sat slouching.
"Well as you know Takigakure has called this meeting in Sunagakure to discuss the deepening of the alliance between herself and Sunagakure and Konohagakure respectively. However seeing to some unforseen curcumstances even though I was appointed as the Takikage only a mere 20 years ago, these alliances are nulled seeing as the Third Hokage and the Fourth Kazekage had been assasinated by Orochimaru, thus I had come here today against my will *tsh damned elders* he muttered to ask you to acknowledge me as the First Takikage and to discuss whether you would be interested in furthering out long lasting alliance once more." Kain shifted in his seat as he spoke but never leaving either Kage's eye contact. He would pause in the middle then continue as a way to keep them on edge and be interested in what he had to say.
"There are sevral issues at hand that needed to be discussed, firstly the growing dissent regarding Akatsuki's interest in harvesting the powers of the Jinchuuriki, Gaara I assume of all people this concerns you the most, also Tsunade I hear that you harbor the Nine tailed Jinchuuriki in Konoha as well. Percautions and actions must be taken against those bastard cowards and be annihilated. Second regarding the upcoming Chunnin exams I wonder if it was alright with you if it were to be held in Takigakure as a sign of our growing prosperity under their new leader, me! We will be in charge of all saftey percautions and what not don't worry about that. Also co-joined mission between Takigakure, Sunagakure and Konohagakure shinobi will further entrench this alliance and lastly to maintain all diplomatic correspondance an embassy could be opened in all three nations." Kain then slouched even further showing a horrible, intimidating smirk. "Not bad eh?"

Tsunade snorted at his comment about her being a dainty little flower "Looks can be deceiving." she replied really wanting to show him a thing or two but knew better then to start something now that she was Hokage it would be a very bad idea. Like starting a war which could happen if she picked a fight with Kain and that wasn't something she wanted to do. Tsunade looked over as well when Gaara he had a way of making an entice. She took a seat in the middle of the table with Shizune standing behind her holding Ton-Ton watching everything that was going on.
"Jiraiya has been keeping an eye on the Akatsuki as he trained Naruto the past few years. They should be returning soon bringing with them new information on the Organization and perhaps a reason as to way they want the Jinchuuriki." She said looking over at Kain not sure if it would be a good idea to have the Chunnin exams in Takigakure. She didn't think it was a bad place she was just thinking of the safety of children that were going to be in the exams it the Akatsuki what would protect them? She knew Konoha had a spherical barrier around and above it so no one could sneak in with out them knowing it. And she was sure Gaara has something slimier. She decided to wait and see what Gaara thought before she answered.
"Co-joined missions? That's not going to work out I'm sure you realize that the shinobi would most likely turn on one another so that there village would gain the money from the mission. In which could turn in to a war and that's the last thing we need right now. And I'm not so sure about an embassy each of our villages have secrets that we don't want shared with others even allies." She said

Gaara knew that lady tsunade was an inteliigent lady and he wanted to keep there connection with the leaf strong, this new kage on the other hand must have fallen from the thick tree and hit his head on every branch on the way down... twice.
" If its against your wishes then leave, Leaf and sand were getting on fine, even after our failed attack on them...So if your not going to leave then i suggest you sit there and listed to your superiors" He said this while glaring at him.
After glaring at Kain he continued,
" The akatsuki are a groupe that i have little concern with, they cannot and will not be able to obtain the power of the demons or there hosts, both are powerfull and protected by powerful ninja.", He said this in his low voice, it echoing around the room, there was a hint of aggression in his voice, he was getting incredibly intolerant to this new kage.
He could see by the look on tsunades face that she was not taking the idea of the chuunin exams being held in that village,
" Lady tsunade i know what you are thinking and you are correct, holding the chuunin exams in his village is not the best idea, i have several reasons for appoasing this..."He stopped there, he didnt mention the reasons but would if asked. It was just obserd, He had attacked the village of konoha himself and failed so he knew that it was indeed the safest place to hold them.
"... I again agree with lady tsuande, co joined mission are not going to work and so sand will have nothing to do with them, greed will cause violance and violance will cause unrest... each village is suited to perform certin task.".
That was the last straw, he decided that untill the new Kage said somthing worht listening to he was not going to value anything that came from his mouth.
" Lady tsunade, we can continue our talkes of peace here, in the pressence of the new Kage, or we can arrange for him to be escorted out, i can see it in your eyes you almost agree with me". By this point gaara had turned to look at Tsunade.
Before entering the meeting he had his siblings stationed outside of the room, any disturbances and they were to aid tsuande's escape while he took care of the problem.

Hizaro sweatdroped at the 5 ANBU escort he was forced to have as he entered the kazekage building. He entered and walked up sevral flights of stairs before arriving at a large wooden door with sevral ABU from both Kohona and Suna infront of it and also two Suna Jonin. One was a blondhaired girl with pig-tails, and waht appeared to be a rather large fan straped to her back. The second shinobi...he couldent tell the gender do to the block clothing, and face paint the person was wearing. The Anbu went to the blonde and wispered something in her ear. The girl looked at Hizaro and narrowed her eyes, then banged on the door and yelled "Hey Gara!!!"

"He can stay he might learn a thing or two from the both of us on how to do things." Tsunade said looking over at Kain for a moment before Ton-Ton jumped from Shizune's arms to her lap where she began to pet the little pig who soon fell alseep. She turned back to Gaara "Where are we having the Chuunin Exams this year?" she asked wanting to know so she can have things prepared if he wanted it in Konoha or here. It didn't really matter to her where they had it all though she didn't enjoy the paper work that came with hosting the exams.
Tsunade was about to bring up another matter when she heard shouting from outside the door sounded like Gaara's sister yelling for him. "Perhaps we should put this meeting on hold until this matter is dealt with." she offered looking at Gaara. She wasn't all to happy that something keeps happening to keep this meeting from getting to far.

He sat and wondered for a second, He would like to have the chuunin exams in his village this year but he knew that konoha was better equiped to deal with them; with arenas and and testing rooms as well as the forest of death. Were as he had what hundereds of miles of nothing but sand.
" I think that we should hold them in konoha if that is ok with you lady tsunade." He said calming down since the new kage was being quiet.
He heard his sister yelling through to him.
"What !" Gaara yelled out to his sister. He waited as she replied telling him that there was someone here to see him.
He was almost certing that tsunade did not really mean what she said she wanted this meeting over as fast as posible but if he delt with it now it would mean that he would not have to deal with it later.
" Fine send him in, make sure he knows it better be quick for his sake" He said returning to his growl.
Just as he finnished two of his AMBU body flickered next to him one on either side and they both wispered in his ear. This gave him all the info they had dug up on the arrival in the time it took the arrival to get from the entrance to his door. There was rather alot of it but he filtered out the most of it.
