It was a sunny day in Konoha with a gentle breeze keeping things from getting too hot, a perfect day to do some training, Hinata had thought that morning as she set out. It was the first time in a while that she'd had some time for herself as she'd been busy with team 8 a lot recently, and she was going to use it to do some training. There was no point having a break if she wanted to get stronger.
The wind whipped her hair as she took up the Gentle fist stance.
"Byakugan!" she said as she began to strike an invisible opponants chakra points. Training without using the byakugan was pointless as the taijutsu and the bloodline limit went hand in hand.
She continued this for quite a while and was beginning to feel the strain of it as she noticed someone coming up to the training fields from the rear. She dropped her stance and turned to face the approaching stranger.

Kagai had decided to find one of the chuunin from the previouse exam, this way he was bound to find information that was more useful than that of his teachers.
They were always about practicing the same thing over and over again, especially the things he cant do, taijutsu, ninjutsu, complex hand seals, tree climbing and other things, all of this was lost to Kagai, his floating made it imposible to climb and his seals made it imposible to cast ninjutsu or fight.
So most exercises were usless, this way he could get somthing tailerd for him.
He was foating through the grass, his cloak billowing slightly in the breeze, he suspected she'd noticed him as she was looked at him.
He smiled as he aproached, he was still to far away to speak and be heard but continued to draw nearer.

She recognised that he was the creepy genin kid she'd seen around long before he was close to her. He wasn't a character she could forget easily as the obscure binding on his arms and legs and the way he hovered around ensured he stood out in a crowd.
Hinata found him to be rather scary in appearance but she wasn't one to make a fuss about it. Looking at him with byakugan she could see had vast chakra reserves though this was also apparent from the way he moved around. How tiring it must be, she thought.
As he drew closer it was evident he was making towards her.
"Umm C-can I help you?" she asked in her timid voice.

He was barly able to hear her, but luckly enough the wind was blowing in his direction so he was just able to understand it.
" Yes mam, im here to ask you about aiding me in passing the chuunin exams" He knew there were a while away but it was good to be prepered.
He continued after a breif pause"I have heard that you are quite good when it comes to chakra manipulation",
He then released the chakra and landed on the ground awaiting her reply.

Hinata was taken by surpirse and blushed a little at the compliment to her skill.
"Umm, well I did pass but if I tell you what to expect and what to do to pass you might not understand the point of it all," she replied.
She didn't want to turn him down, despite his apearance he seemed like a nice kid and disliked disapointing people. She looked down to her feet as memories of disappointing people and letting them down came into her mind, she doubted herself and her confidence wavered.

Kagai could see where she was coming from, its like cheating, but he was bascily cheating anyway.
" I can understand your argument, that it is like cheating... but trust me im cheating anyway" He paused to think about what he just said, "What i mean to say is i have a huge advantage over anyone else in the chuunin exams, through no fault of my own...", that might do it.
He was not sure weather to tell her or not, it was easyer if people knew nothing about him or his ability, but she might understand if he told her.
He stood and pondered for a while, watching her stare at her feet.

Hinata couldn't help but wonder at his strange words. What on earth was he talking about, what kind of advantage could he mean?
She decided at last having been troubled by old memories to make a compromise and try and help him out.
"I suppose... if I were to give you some advice it wouldn't be so bad right?" she said, half to herself.

He could see that she was as weak willed as everyone said she was, this was going to be easy.
" i agree, your absolutly right" He said with complet sencerity,
She did'nt as about his advantage, this was going great.
He stood there and took on the appearance of someone who was going to listen intently to everything, in truth he was just going to fillter the info then milk for more.

"Umm well over there is the 44th training zone. Going in there is dangerous. It is full of horrible creatures and there is almost nothing to eat. If you are going in there be prepared for survival and traps set by other ninja," she said pointing towards the forest of death in the distance.
She wondered if she was doing the right thing but it was too late now. She only wanted to help him out. She knew in herself she'd never have succeeded in getting to where she was now if it wasn't for the help Naruto gave her, even if he was oblivious to the fact himself.

What he took in was go in and take out everyone and everything with extream predudice, but she did not look like the type to say that so he repeated it as " Ok so be careful in there, becouse there will be other dangers than the other people ?".
So long as he played it like this he should get every thing he needed from her,"Anything else ?"he asked.

" Umm I think it's best if you avoid fights that you don't need and just lay a few traps. Try and get to the tower quickly rather than thin out your opponants," she said trying to think of anything else she could say without giving away the objective of the exam.
If she simpley told him the exam was about proving you could think outside the box it would be like giving him the answers to the written exam. It was something he ought to figure out by himself. "I-I think thats all there is too say about the exam," she said finally. She flicked the hair that had blown into her face out of the way.

This was going slower and slower, he eventually decided to ask to train with her.
" How about we help each other train ?", he knew that after she knew his ... ability she might want to train with him, you see she would be able to practice her deadlyest moves on him and he would unharmed... now that was somthing you could not do without getting into danger.

Hinata could see no problems in training with him, it would be good for him to see someone of a higher level train just as it was good for Hinata to watch Neji train. Also, she had come out here with the intentions of training anyway so she was going to get back to that.
"Umm I guess we could train together," she said with a nod. She took up her Gentle fist stance once more, though she didn't know how he would defend against Taijutsu with the binding that encased his body. "Byakugan!" The veins around her eyes became prominant and his chakra path ways became clear to her. From what she had seen of him moving so far it seemed he used a lot of chakra around his feet, cutting that off might imobolise him quickly so she focused her own chakra to her finger tips and struck out towards his middle and hips.

He was glad to see that she was quicker to attack than to give up usful information,
He reacted accordingly and used his Jujutsu - Genzon Kiji, the cloak filled with chakra since it was evident this was going to be a taijutsu fight.
He casued it to push of of his skin to minimise physical damage while attempting to meet her eyes. It was then he noticed that she had the stranger eyes than even him.

Her attack landed though his cloak absorbed the damage that would have been dealt, because of her Byakugan she could see that he was filling it with chakra and by having a look at his chakra systems she could see he had a huge amount of chakra.
She met his eyes and noted the peculiar colouring. If his cloak was his defense then she'd just aim for an area out with the cloak. She twisted on the spot and launch an attack at the chakra points on his neck.

That was it the trap was set, while she had made eye contact he activated Genjutsu - Magen: Kokoni Arazu, He added two Genjutsu - Kasumi Juusha to this genjutsu.
This genjutsu combo means that the rest of this post and any other post i post in now from now till you are free from both genjutsu are all in you mind, the magen:Kokoni arazu means that she will have to barke out of the mist servent technique twice.
MIST SERVENT -The blow passed straight through kagai, who just smiled at her and her attempt to harm him.
" You're going to have to hit me to do anything " He said smiling more.

Hinata was quick to spot the genjutsu. She gritted her teeth and pulled her finger out of joint, knowing that pain would break genjutsu. She was oblivious however to the second genjutsu and continued to strike out with gentle fist at the genin.
She was a fool for looking him in the eyes in the first place, what would her father or Neji say if they knew how easily she'd been fooled.

MIST SERVENT 2 He tried to dodge but accidentely brought the strike dirrectly over his heart, he floated backwords before dropping to his feet coughing up blood, " It was only training " He stuttered, threw near tears and the blood that was filling his mouth, before he fell to the ground coughing up blood dieing.
After a second or two he stopped coughing and clossed his eyes.

Hinata's eyes grew wide with horror as Kagai spluttered and coughed blood. He appeared to be dying.
"I-I didn't mean to- I didn't aim for a lethal area. No. NO!" she said falling over her words. Tears welled in her eyes as he ceased moving. She couldn't have killed him it wasn't real. She ran over to him and attempted to roll him over, to be sure to see if she could still do something with her basic knowledge of first aid. She was panicing as the tears rolled off her cheeks.

Kagai ended the genjutsu, and apeared before her smiling, manicly.
" Do I win ?" He said seaming really happy with im self.
He knew that his genjutsu were potnet... maybe he had over done it just a little.
He stood there the wind blowing his claok around his feet, his hari whipping his eyes.
He should probably apologies, but not untill he was sure he had won.
Since he had not acually started the fight jashin might be lenient on the time he has to spend praying.
