Tyria
The war between the Charr and Ascalon has come to a final end. Ascalon City is deserted, haunted eternally by the ghosts of its protectors, the great kingdom shattered once and for all. Kryta is the only of the great kingdoms of the continent of Tyria remaining, though it has been embroiled in a civil war since the defeat of the Lich and the downfall of the White Mantle. It is the only safe haven left...unless you wish to venture to the far north, to the edge of the Charr homelands, where the Eye of the North still stands. There still remain some Norn who do not like humans living on their lands, and the Stone Summit remains a threat...
Cantha
The Canthan Emperor is growing ever more impatient with the long-lasting enmity between the Kurzicks and Luxons, and tensions grow. Prejudice against non-humans is beginning to rise at an alarming rate, and the Shing Jea Monastery has become more selective than ever about who they will admit. And those who disagree with the Emperor or the Celestial Ministry tend to never be seen again...
Elona
Even though forty years has passed since Varesh Ossa and her attempt to unleash Abaddon on Elona was foiled, tensions between the three provinces remain high. Istan and the Sunspears will forever remain cautious of Kourna, despite helping the nation to rebuild, and there remains a number of Kournans who resent the Sunspears for interfering and decry Kormir as a false god. The merchants of Vabbi, as ever, remain preoccupied with their own occupations. And over all of this, Palawa Joko plans, casting his eye over all of Elona...
The world of Tyria is forever changing. Things are more tumultous than ever. The heroes that saved the world before are gone. There are new evils rising, a new threat arriving; who will step up and take their place?
Who shall be brave enough to step up and cast off the HEROES' EXILE?
